This horse intarsia pattern provides the woodworker with the opportunity to create FIVE different horses with one pattern. A Bay Horse, a Palomino horse, a Paint horse, an Appaloosa horse and a simpler horse for beginners to attempt before proceeding to other patterns.Overall the project will use 3/4 inch wood and a few pieces will use 1/4 inch thinner and thicker pieces. The pattern offers suggestions such as grain direction and taper sections. Very easy to do! No written instructions are really needed. It is assumed a woodworker who crafts intarsia, already knows how to create them. View the larger image slideshow (above) to see the actual printed pattern you will receive. Number of pieces in this project: 34-64 pcs. 34 pcs to make the Simplest Colt. 64 pcs to make the other horses. Skill Level: Beginner/Intermediate.
